COVID-19 PROTOCOLS – Marshes 2021

• Masks are mandatory inside the Clubhouse
• NEW this year: Two people driving or riding together on the vehicle who are not from the same household are required to wear a mask
• All tee-times must be booked prior to arrival
• Golfers will be paired up on carts together
• Only 1 person from the group is to check in and pay at the Pro Shop before going to the Starter
• Player contact is require for each golfer in your group
• Both carts and push-carts will be located at the Bag Drop; all carts will be sanitized between uses
• A specific cart drop-off and pick-up area will be indicated; all carts will be sanitized between uses
• Hand sanitizer stations available
• Washrooms will only be available inside the Clubhouse. Change rooms and lockers will not be available
• Do not remove flagsticks from the holes
• The cups have pool noodles inserted to allow the ball to fall into the cup but still provide maximize exposure for safe removal of the golf ball
• There will be no ball washers, bunker rakes, benches
• Beverage Carts will be available on course beginning April 19th, 2021
• All garbage must be disposed of by the golfer after their round in the garbage bin provided in our cart sanitizing area, there will be no garbage cans on the course
• The driving range and practice putting green are open. Golfers will be provided a warm-up bucket of balls. Please place all remaining golf balls and baskets into the bin provided on the driving range for basket and golf ball sanitization. All hitting stations should be clear of all items at the end of warming up
• ProShop will be open at a capacity of 2 people at a time
• Credit card is required when booking a tee time by phone. Cancellation must be made with a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the tee-time or miss your tee-time entirely, it will result in a charge for the full booking
• Twilight green fees are not guaranteed to finish their round as all golfers must leave the golf course grounds at sunset each night

Cart Rental Agreement
Property is hereby leased for not more than 18 holes and not more than 5 hours. Lessee agrees to keep said property in the same condition as received. It is expressly understood and agreed that Lessor shall not be liable for damages of any kind whatsoever to said property. Lessee agrees to hold Lessor free from all such damages. The Lessee agrees to pay or reimburse the Lessor, for all charges incidental to all breakages or damage (other than ordinary wear) to said property. The receipt of above property, in good order and repair is hereby acknowledged by Lessee. Lessee agrees that no more than 2 persons and 2 bags at any time allowed in golf cart.
